To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exceptions

  • Returns of opened or used products are not accepted unless the item was defective or damaged.
  • Sale or promotional items are final sale unless otherwise stated.
